Fountain & Ink is recruiting a General Manager to lead our modern British pub on Stamford Street, near the South Bank. You will own day-to-day operations, oversee floors, bars, and late-night service, and drive profitability while maintaining exceptional guest experiences.

Ideally, you bring 2+ years as a GM or senior venue leader, proven people development skills, and a calm, commercially-minded approach. Join us for a hands-on, growth-focused role in a dynamic pub group.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as a general manager or in a senior venue role
• Strong leadership and people development skills
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
• Proven track record in delivering great guest experiences
• Commercial awareness and ability to drive profitability

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the venue’s performance and operations
• Demonstrate strong commercial acumen to grow revenue and margins
• Train, mentor and develop staff to maintain high standards
