COREcruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced General Manager to take the reins of an established West London pub. The venue combines fresh-food offerings with a strong drinks-led operation, busy weekends, events and private hire.

The GM will own the operation end-to-end, including P&L, labour management, recruitment, training, standards, events and community-focused marketing to grow local trade.

Qualifications

• Proven General Manager experience within quality, high-volume pubs or bars.
• Strong understanding of fresh food alongside a busy wet-led operation.
• Excellent commercial awareness with confidence around P&L, labour and driving sales.
• Experience managing events, private hire and high-volume weekend trade.
• Brilliant people leader who can recruit, develop and retain a strong team.
• Understands the importance of the local community and building regular trade.

Responsabilités

• Take ownership of the operation, from P&L and labour management to recruitment, training, standards, events and local marketing.
• Drive sales and develop the team to make the venue a go-to destination in the area.
• Lead operational performance across two floors and ensure a high-quality customer experience.
