The Role

As a General Manager, you will inspire your team to deliver exceptional service, maintain high standards, and drive restaurant performance. You will coach and develop your team to reach their full potential while achieving excellent results.

About You
  • Prioritize creating a positive and inclusive work culture through emotional intelligence, inspiration, and effective delegation. You excel at training, coaching, and mentoring emerging leaders.
  • Are dedicated to delivering outstanding guest experiences, ensuring every interaction reflects exceptional service through your efforts and team development.
  • Possess strong financial skills, including budgeting, inventory, labour management, and strategic marketing. You analyze data to inform business decisions and foster continuous improvement.
  • Focus on building and nurturing your team, from recruitment to ongoing development, supporting personal and professional growth.
  • Care about creating an inclusive environment where your team feels respected and valued, enabling them to thrive in their roles and careers.
  • Are a proactive problem solver, capable of quick decision-making and thinking on your feet.
