The Role:

As a General Manager, you will inspire your team to deliver exceptional service, maintaining high standards and expectations. You will coach and develop your team to reach their full potential while driving restaurant performance and achieving excellent results.

What You Need To Have:
  • Ability to foster a positive and inclusive work culture through emotional intelligence, inspiration, and effective delegation. You excel at training, coaching, and mentoring emerging leaders.
  • Dedication to providing outstanding guest experiences, ensuring every interaction reflects exceptional service, either through your efforts or by empowering your team.
  • Strong financial skills, including budgeting, inventory and labour management, and strategic marketing. You analyze data to inform business decisions and promote continuous improvement.
  • Commitment to building and nurturing your team through recruitment and ongoing development, fostering personal and professional growth.
  • A focus on creating an inclusive environment where team members feel respected and valued, enabling them to thrive.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly and make decisive decisions.
