The role:

As a general manager, you will inspire your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, maintain high standards, and drive restaurant performance through coaching, development, and leadership.

• Prioritizes cultivating a positive and inclusive work culture through emotional intelligence, inspiration, and effective delegation. You excel at training, coaching, and mentorship to empower emerging leaders.

• Has strong financial acumen, including budgeting, inventory, labor management, and strategic marketing. You analyze data to inform decisions and foster continuous improvement.

• Cares about creating an inclusive environment where your team feels respected and belongs, allowing them to flourish.
