General Manager | Full-time Exciting new opening in June

The Role |

As a General Manager, you will inspire your team to deliver exceptional service, maintain high standards, and drive restaurant performance. You will coach and develop your team to reach their full potential while achieving excellent results.

Requirements |

  • Prioritize fostering a positive and inclusive work culture through emotional intelligence, inspiration, and effective delegation. Demonstrate influence and empowerment by providing outstanding training, coaching, and mentorship.
  • Dedicate yourself to delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring every interaction reflects high-quality service, and equip your team with the necessary skills and mindset.
  • Possess strong financial acumen, including budgeting, inventory management, labor management, and strategic marketing. Use data analysis to inform business decisions and promote continuous improvement.
  • Focus on building and nurturing your team through recruitment and ongoing development, fostering personal and professional growth.
