The role |

As a general manager, you will inspire your team to deliver exceptional service, maintaining high standards and expectations. You will coach and develop your team to reach their full potential while driving restaurant performance and achieving outstanding results.

If you |

  • Prioritize cultivating a positive and inclusive work culture through emotional intelligence, inspiration, and effective delegation. Your ability to influence and empower emerging leaders is essential, along with providing excellent training, coaching, and mentorship.
  • Are dedicated to delivering an exceptional guest experience, ensuring every interaction reflects outstanding service, either through your own efforts or by empowering your team with the necessary skills and mindset.
  • Possess strong financial acumen, including budgeting, inventory management, labor management, and strategic marketing. You analyze data meticulously to inform business decisions and foster continuous improvement.
  • Focus on building and nurturing your team, from recruitment to ongoing development, committed to fostering personal and professional growth among team members.
  • Care about creating an inclusive environment where your team feels respected and that they belong, enabling them to thrive in their roles and careers.
