The Role:

As a General Manager, you will inspire your team to exceed guest expectations, maintain high standards, and drive restaurant performance to achieve excellent results. You will coach and develop your team to reach their full potential.

About You:

  • Prioritize cultivating a positive and inclusive work culture through emotional intelligence, inspiration, and effective delegation. You excel at influencing and empowering emerging leaders through training, coaching, and mentorship.
  • Dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring every interaction reflects high-quality service, either through your own efforts or by empowering your team.
  • Possess strong financial acumen, including budgeting, inventory management, labor management, and strategic marketing. You analyze data to inform business decisions and foster continuous improvement.
