Job summary

TipTopJob is seeking a hands-on Head of Operations in Harlow to lead daily site operations, ensuring safety and top guest experiences. You’ll manage wage budgets and drive strong commercial results while empowering a high-performing team.

Salary range £40,000–£45,000+ with flexibility for evenings and weekends. You will collaborate across departments to deliver outstanding service and maintain compliance with health, safety, and food standards.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience within leisure, hospitality, or a busy service environment.
• Hands-on operator who leads by example under pressure.
• Strong communication with a flexible leadership style to motivate staff at all levels.
• Commercially aware; capable of managing budgets and performance targets.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety, Food, and Consumer legislation.
