With 1+ years at AGM level or small-site GM experience in hospitality, you will coach managers, hit KPIs, and maintain a safe, high-quality environment for guests and staff alike.

Qualifications

• 1+ years at AGM level or small-site GM experience in hospitality.
• Proven record of managing a large team including management level.
• Track record of delivering on key KPIs.
• Passion and love of food and drink.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• People focused with strong emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Support the GM in leading a diverse and dynamic team.
• Coach and develop teammates in partnership with Senior Management.
• Drive revenue and manage costs with an ownership mindset.
• Create a best-in-class guest experience and uphold brand standards.
• Communicate operational needs clearly and align the team.
• Foster relationships with teammates, support teams and guests.
• Lead by example across all roles and departments.
• Resolve service issues with grace and empathy.
• Provide a safe, high-quality working environment for staff and guests.
• Partner closely with the GM on operations and people matters.
