Hollywood Bowl Group is seeking a motivational General Manager to lead one of our busy centres and shape its success. You’ll drive profit, manage a £1m+ budget and oversee four revenue streams: bar, diner, amusements and bowling.

You’ll coach and inspire your team, deliver outstanding customer service, and work nights and weekends to meet targets in a fast-paced environment. Join us for ongoing development and rewards.

Qualifications

• Experience as a hands-on General Manager in leisure, hospitality or retail.
• Experience managing a budget of at least £1m.
• Evidence of optimising sales and performance of a business unit.
• Empathetic, compassionate approach with strong people leadership.
• Resilience, flexibility and adaptability for a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Run one of our busy centres, creating a safe, fun and vibrant environment.
• Drive financial and commercial performance across four revenue streams: bar, diner, amusements and bowling.
• Be fully accountable for delivering budget and KPIs and share in the profit success.
• Coach, lead, motivate and inspire the team to deliver outstanding service.
• Ensure high operational standards and continuously improve.
• Lead with energy to keep customers coming back.
