Role Overview

Organise and supervise the unit according to Compass Group UK & Ireland standards, contract specifications, and statutory regulations. Manage the unit efficiently, ensuring quality service, overseeing food preparation, cooking, and service, and making optimal use of resources including stock, staff, and assets.
