As a General Manager, you will organize and supervise the unit to meet Compass Group UK & Ireland standards, contract specifications, and statutory regulations. Your responsibilities include managing the unit efficiently, overseeing food preparation and service, and ensuring optimal use of resources including stock, staff, and assets.
