Marston’s Lost & Found Bristol is seeking a hands-on General Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and nurture a high-performing pub team. You’ll be responsible for the full guest experience, staff development, and delivering the commercial plan in a busy premium bar.

You should bring bars and restaurant experience, a passion for customer service, and the ability to build strong links with the local community.

We're looking for a General Manager for a premium bar in Bristol. Salary up to £52,000 plus bonus and a generous benefits package.

Marston’s is one of the UK’s largest and most beloved pub chains and today, we operate more than 1,300 pubs, bars and hotels. Now, we’re on the lookout for a great General Manager to take charge at the Lost & Found in Bristol and lead the team to success!

About the pub

The Lost &Found Bristol is nestled on the Clifton Triangle, enjoy stepping into another world and immerse yourself in the mysteries of the unknown. Embracing the curiosities of astronomy.

The Lost &Found Bristol takes you on an exceptional journey to discover the ethereal wonders of the cosmos. Enjoy the bar’s celestial spirit in a timeless setting, with a magnificent selection of enchanting cocktails and sublime seasonal dishes to ensure a heavenly visit.

The bar has a secret room with its own private bar (holding up to 40), Restaurant area which seats 80 covers & a large bar area that seat another 80 covers and plenty of room for standing and event space.

We are looking for somebody with bars & restaurant experience who can also grow ties with the local businesses and communities.

The pub is currently taking approximately £20,000 per week can increase to over £100,000 per week over the Christmas period.
