Fuller’s is seeking an experienced General Manager for Bel & The Dragon in Churt, Surrey Hills. The role is live-out and offers up to £59,000 plus bonus and a strong range of benefits.

The GM will lead service, food and wine experiences, ensure guest satisfaction and drive commercial performance at this pub and hotel site. We offer a 40-hour week over five days, a generous bonus scheme, career growth across Fuller’s pubs and hotels, and a wide suite of staff benefits including food and drink

Churt is a beautiful destination Bel & The Dragon site, situated in the Surrey Hills, not far from Frensham Ponds. With Hankley Common Golf Club, Witley & Milford Commons, Guildford & Farnham market towns on its doorstep, as well as local direct links into London Waterloo, it poses a fantastic opportunity for continued growth.

Its 18 bedrooms were refurbished within the last 2 years, and work is planned to its restaurant this year. The garden is large with a stretch tent for private functions, clay pizza oven & intimate terrace dining; it really does offer everything for everyone.

The vacancy would suit an experienced General Manager with a passion and love for great food & wine. This is offered as live-out.
