Bel & The Dragon, Churt, a premium pub and boutique hotel in Surrey, is seeking an Assistant Manager to help lead the team, maintain exceptional standards and deliver memorable experiences for every guest. The role sits at a historic, characterful property with a growing reputation for outstanding food, drink and service.

You will energise and develop staff, stay calm under pressure during busy services, and shape the future of Bel & The Dragon Churt as part of Fuller’s family.

Nestled in the heart of the Surrey countryside, Bel & The Dragon, Churt is a characterful, premium pub and boutique hotel that combines traditional British hospitality with a contemporary, quality-led approach.
