Job summary
Orion Electrotech is recruiting a Manufacturing Engineer for a UK-based metal additive manufacturing business serving aerospace, defence, and space sectors. You’ll support the development, delivery and continuous improvement of manufacturing engineering activities, collaborating with the ME Product Lead and cross-functional teams to meet customer, quality, and production requirements.
The role requires experience in production-led environments, knowledge of CAD/CAM, ERP/MRP and quality
Qualifications
- Engineering, manufacturing or technical qualification preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, product coordination or technical operations within a production-led environment.
- Able to support product, quality, cost and schedule delivery within defined processes.
- Working knowledge of production documentation, change control and product lifecycle support.
- Experience with Cad/CAM, build preparation software, ERP/MRP, quality systems or production data tools.
- Familiarity with AS9100, ISO 9001 or similar quality frameworks.
