Job summary

SushiDog Ltd. is looking for a strong store leader who can drive performance in a fast-paced environment. You will inspire, coach, and manage a small team to deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly, efficient approach.

You’ll oversee daily operations, maintain high store standards, and contribute to forecasting and planning. A passion for food and a proactive, can-do attitude are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year or more of experience in QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) or similar hospitality setting.
• Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and think on your feet.
• A passion for food, service, and creating a positive work environment.
• Proven track record of great results.

Responsibilities

• Good understanding of GP & Labour control.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Health & Safety regulation and the ability to implement them effectively.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Responsible for team recruitment, training and development by assessing performance and providing constructive feedback.
• Oversee the day-to-day management of the store, ensuring smooth operation.
• Maintain and improve store standards to meet company expectations.
• Manage financial aspects including forecasting and forward planning in line with the store P&L.
