Job summary

SushiDog Ltd is seeking a proactive shift leader to oversee daily operations at our Westfield London kiosk. You will manage the team on shift, uphold food quality and safety standards, and lead by example in customer service and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team during shifts to keep service running smoothly.
• Ensure all food quality and safety standards are met.

• Train and coach staff to perform at their best.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming restaurant environment.
• Manage stock counts and orders as needed.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team for smooth service.
