Job summary

All Bar One Windsor seeks a General Manager to lead a busy city centre bar, delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving sales growth. You will recruit, train and inspire a high-performing team while managing costs and operations to meet targets.

As part of Mitchells & Butlers, you will uphold brand standards, ensure robust service quality, and create moments that keep guests returning for more.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of All Bar One Windsor to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Develop and coach a frontline team to achieve targets and standards.
• Drive sales growth while maintaining quality in food and beverage service.
• Ensure smooth service and financial performance across shifts.
