Job summary

All Bar One Windsor is seeking a General Manager to build a thriving bar operation, lead a diverse team and drive growth. You will foster memorable guest experiences, coach staff to deliver excellent service and consistently meet targets. This role sits within the Mitchells & Butlers group, offering development and rewards.

You’ll be responsible for day-to-day operations, managing FP&L, stock, and compliance while delivering great guest moments that keep customers coming back.

• Experience as a General Manager in a hospitality setting.
