Job summary

All Bar One Wimbledon is seeking a hands-on General Manager to build a thriving site and lead a high-performing team in a busy city centre venue. You’ll drive guest experiences, coach staff and ensure smooth front- and back-of-house operations to deliver memorable moments for guests.

You’ll be responsible for achieving targets, maximizing sales and maintaining brand standards across this Mitchells & Butlers site, with a focus on inclusivity and guest satisfaction.
