The Coach & Horses in Isleworth, part of Young's Pubs, seeks a creative General Manager to lead a historic, bustling pub with a strong local following and growth potential. You will shape food, drink, events, décor and guest experience while managing the kitchen and front-of-house teams.

You will have freedom to stamp your own mark on the business, with opportunities to lead private events, pots for growth and a supportive team behind you in a well-loved community pub.

Qualifications

• Experience in running a highs-street pub or similar establishment.
• Proven ability to lead a kitchen brigade and front-of-house teams.
• Track record of driving guest satisfaction and sales.

• Drive events, promotions and guest experiences to grow the business.

Are you a passionate and creative General Manager looking for your next challenge? We are looking for a General Manager to lead The Coach & Horses in Isleworth — a historic pub with bags of character, a loyal local following and huge potential for its next chapter. First opened in 1897, The Coach & Horses is a much-loved part of the Isleworth community and has been serving locals and visitors for generations (not to mention, even getting a nod from Charles Dickens in Oliver Twist).

You will have a fantastic pub to make your own, with open fires and cosy spaces. There is also plenty of space to work with, including our restaurant, lounge, coaching inn, and fantastic beer garden, all of which can be used for private parties, celebrations and corporate events. With a loyal customer base, strong local footfall and increased trade from nearby sports grounds close to Isleworth, there is also a great platform from which to grow the business.

You will lead an established team, supported by a strong kitchen brigade serving fresh, British-sourced food and much-loved Sunday roasts. Most importantly, as General Manager you will have the freedom to put your own stamp on The Coach & Horses, from food and drink to events, décor and the overall guest experience.
