Job summary

The Coach & Horses in Isleworth, part of Young's, is seeking an entrepreneurial General Manager to lead a busy historic pub and its team. You will shape the guest experience, menus, events and service, while driving growth and protecting the pub’s character.

You will manage an established kitchen brigade and front-of-house team, have autonomy within a supportive framework, and enjoy a live-in option with strong bonus potential and benefits.

Qualifications

• Entrepreneurial General Manager with hospitality leadership experience.

Are you a passionate and creative General Manager looking for your next challenge? We are looking for a General Manager to leadThe Coach & Horses in Isleworth— a historic pub with bags of character, a loyal local following and huge potential for its next chapter. First opened in1897, The Coach & Horses is a much-loved part of the Isleworth community and has been serving locals and visitors for generations (not to mention, even getting a nod from Charles Dickens in Oliver Twist).

You will have a fantastic pub to make your own, with open fires and cosy spaces. There is also plenty of space to work with, including ourrestaurant, lounge, coaching inn, and fantastic beer garden, all of which can be used for private parties, celebrations and corporate events. With a loyal customer base, strong local footfall and increased trade from nearbysports grounds close to Isleworth, there is also a great platform from which to grow the business.

You will lead an established team, supported by a strong kitchen brigade serving fresh, British-sourced food and much-loved Sunday roasts. Most importantly,as General Manager you will have the freedom to put your own stamp on The Coach & Horses, from food and drink to events, décor and the overall guest experience.
