Overview

We are recruiting for a rapidly growing, highly ambitious, and expanding, nationally award-winning pub & hotel group. We are seeking a talented and experienced General Manager to lead the operations of a new opening quality gastropub with 6 rooms, located in the stunning Dorset countryside, within easy commute from East Dorset, Bournemouth, Salisbury, and Southampton.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage daily operations of the gastropub and hotel
2. Oversee onsite administration and P&L management
3. Staff recruitment, training, and development
4. Ensure excellent customer service and operational standards

Candidate Requirements

Must have:

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience as a General Manager or Operations Manager in gastropubs, hotels, or restaurants
• Experience managing P&L and staff recruitment/training
• Access to personal transport
• Full eligibility to live and work in the UK
