Job summary

Hello Fego in Esher is seeking a General Manager who leads with warmth, confidence and real care for people. This is a hands-on, on-the-floor role, daytime only, with ownership of café performance and guest experience.

You will build and coach a strong team, manage rotas and KPIs, maintain high standards, foster community links, and make clear decisions day to day. A successful candidate will have 3+ years running a busy restaurant or café and thrive on frontline leadership.

About the Role

As General Manager, you’ll set the tone for everything — the energy of the team, the feel of the café, and the experience our guests have every day.

You’ll be hands-on, present and leading from the front — not managing from the office.

You’ll bring structure where needed, but always with a human touch.
