Job summary

Fego Esher is seeking a General Manager for daytime, full-time duties. You will lead the café on the floor, take ownership of guest experience, build and nurture a strong team, and ensure consistent service standards across the board.

You will be hands-on, present and set the tone for daily operations with warmth, confidence and care for people. This role rewards ownership, reliability and a passion for hospitality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience running a busy restaurant or café.
• On-floor leadership style and hands-on approach.
• Strong people development and coaching ability.
• Clear communication and organised, structured working
• Customer-focused with attention to details and guest experience.

General Manager - Fego Caffe Esher

Full-Time | Daytime Only

We’re looking for a General Manager who leads with warmth, confidence and real care for people. Someone who enjoys being on the floor, building a strong team, and taking full ownership of their café.

This role is for someone who believes great hospitality is about relationships, consistency and the small details that make a difference.

About the Role

As General Manager, you’ll set the tone for everything - the energy of the team, the feel of the café, and the experience our guests have every day.

You’ll be hands-on, present and leading from the front - not managing from the office.

You’ll bring structure where needed, but always with a human touch.

You will:

• Lead the day-to-day running of the café with confidence and ownership
