Job summary

Fego Caffe Ascot is seeking a General Manager to lead a welcoming café with warmth and hands-on leadership. You will own the guest experience, manage the team on the floor, and drive daily operations with a focus on service and consistency.

You will be on the floor, coaching staff, and ensuring smooth service across shifts while building a strong local presence and a culture of care.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience running a busy restaurant or café.
• Ability to run a site independently and take ownership.
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
• Preference for daytime, front‑of‑house leadership.

This role is for someone who believes great hospitality is about relationships, consistency and the small details that make a difference.

About the Role

As General Manager, you’ll set the tone for everything - the energy of the team, the feel of the café, and the experience our guests have every day.

You’ll be hands-on, present and leading from the front - not managing from the office.

You’ll bring structure where needed, but always with a human touch.

You will
