200 Degrees is seeking a General Manager to lead one of our coffee shops, owning the day‑to‑day, developing your team and delivering outstanding service and quality.

You’ll set the standard for customer experience, coach your team, and be a role model in a busy, customer‑facing environment.

We roast 300+ tonnes a year at our Nottingham roast house and offer a bonus, training, career progression, unlimited drinks, shift lunch, staff discount and a healthcare plan.

As a General Manager you will take ownership of your own coffee shop. You’ll lead and develop your own team to deliver fantastic quality coffee and food whilst being a role model for outstanding service and standards.
