Job summary

200 Degrees is seeking a Supervisor to help run our busy coffee shop and lead the team to deliver top-quality coffee and food with outstanding service.

You will support management, help train staff, and act as a role model for standards while fostering a welcoming environment for customers and colleagues alike.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisor/lead role preferred.
• Strong customer service with a friendly attitude.
• Ability to lead a small team and maintain standards.

Job description

At 200 Degrees, we are passionate about our coffee and the service we provide to our customers. We’re now looking for our next Supervisor to support us with doing just that.

As a Supervisor you will support the management team with the running of your coffee shop. You’ll support the team to deliver fantastic quality coffee and food whilst being a role model for outstanding service and standards.

Ideally you will have some experience as a Supervisor, but if you haven’t don’t worry, we would still love to hear from you.
