Job summary

200 Degrees is seeking a Supervisor to support our management team in running a busy coffee shop. You will help deliver excellent coffee and food, lead by example, and uphold our high service standards.

Ideally you have some supervisory experience, but we’d love to hear from anyone who is passionate about coffee and customer service. We offer training, career growth, and staff benefits including a lunch item on shift and staff discounts.

Job description

At 200 Degrees, we are passionate about our coffee and the service we provide to our customers. We’re now looking for our next Supervisor to support us with doing just that.

As a Supervisor you will support the management team with the running of your coffee shop. You’ll support the team to deliver fantastic quality coffee and food whilst being a role model for outstanding service and standards.

Ideally you will have some experience as a Supervisor, but if you haven’t don’t worry, we would still love to hear from you.
