200 Degrees is seeking an Assistant Manager to support with leading a busy coffee shop team. You will assist the General Manager with day-to-day operations, ensuring high-quality coffee and food, and delivering outstanding service.

Job description

At 200 Degrees, we pride ourselves on building tight-knit teams that are passionate about serving great coffee to our customers. We’re now looking for our next Assistant Manager to support with leading one of these teams.

As an Assistant Manager you will support the General Manager with the running of your coffee shop. You’ll support the team to deliver fantastic quality coffee and food whilst being a role model for outstanding service and standards.
