Job summary

Toby Carvery - Telford is seeking a General Manager to lead a site within a Mitchells & Butlers district. You’ll build a team, drive sales, and create memorable guest experiences across our roast-brand family.

Acknowledge the on-site accommodation option (1 bedroom) as part of the package, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and operational excellence. You’ll manage a team, help to grow operations, and work toward targets while ensuring guests feel valued and welcomed.
