Mitchells & Butler's Toby Carvery in Telford is seeking a General Manager to lead a busy site, develop the team and drive sales while delivering memorable guest experiences.

You will be accountable for achieving business targets, creating a welcoming dining atmosphere, and ensuring high standards of service and kitchen operation. Onsite accommodation is offered as an optional benefit, alongside a range of staff incentives.
