We are looking for an experienced automotive leader, ideally a current or former General Manager, to lead our business at Vertu Land Rover Taunton. This is an exciting opportunity to represent Jaguar Land Rover and lead a prestigious dealership with significant potential. As part of the wider Vertu JLR division, the site operates in a performance‑focused environment spanning the Range Rover, Defender and Discovery brands, with a strong emphasis on client care, sales performance and operational excellence. We are seeking an exceptional leader who can deliver outstanding performance across all departments while ensuring the highest standards of customer satisfaction. You will be values‑driven, ambitious, and passionate about both people and results, with a proven ability to lead from the front and inspire high‑performing teams. As General Manager, you will be accountable for the overall performance of the dealership, including:
