Job summary

Vertu Land Rover Truro is seeking an experienced Business Manager to support the sales team by selling finance, insurance and add-on products. The role focuses on compliant package presentation, customer care and driving profitability.

You will need automotive finance knowledge, strong negotiation skills and a proactive, target-driven approach, with a full UK driving licence. A market-leading reward package and company car are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience as Business Manager/Transaction Manager/Sales Manager within automotive (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of finance and insurance products and compliance
• Proven ability to influence, negotiate and close deals
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Proactive, target-driven attitude under pressure
• Full UK driving licence

Responsibilities

• Building and presenting tailored finance packages to customers
• Ensuring full compliance with FCA and insurance regulations
• Supporting the sales team through the ActiveSales process
• Driving performance against departmental targets

What You'll Be Doing

As a Business Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the sales team and maximising profitability through the sale of finance, insurance and add-on products.

Key Responsibilities Include

What We're Looking For
