Marston’s is one of the UK’s largest and most beloved pub chains, operating over 1,300 pubs, bars, and hotels. We are seeking a talented General Manager to lead the team at Mary Dillwyn in Swansea and drive the venue's success!

About the pub

The pub is named after Swansea's Mary Dillwyn, one of the earliest female photographers. It features an open-style restaurant, a mix of table service and casual dining, a family-friendly outdoor area, a large garden, and ample parking. Located on a shopping park outside Swansea city center, it attracts families and shoppers, with weekly sales averaging £30k and a food-led sales mix of 60/40. There is significant potential for growth by introducing new attractions and local activities.

The successful General Manager will need to be a strong marketer, experienced in premium food-led venues, and passionate about guest satisfaction.

Management accommodation includes 3 bedrooms, with a lounge/diner, kitchen, and bathroom.
