Company Description

This is a full-time position responsible for the day-to-day running of the business. Responsible for leading the team in all sales and operational processes, with a keen eye for detail and ability to OWN IT. This role is accountable to various KPIs and is responsible for the recruitment, nurturing, and development of an elevated team capable of achieving them consistently.

Job Description
The Responsibilities:
  • Represent Everlast Gyms as an ambassador for fitness
  • Demonstrate our elevated ways of working always
  • Drive all revenue lines from membership sales to product & secondary, to overall profitability of the gym
  • Manage controllable costs such as stock orders & cleaning supplies to eliminate wastage and overspend
  • Lead by example on reception and the gym floor to enhance every visit
  • Ensure processes like FUNDAMENTALS, ASCEND & MOVE are followed and delivered to the highest level
  • Drive collective buy-in to national focuses & incentives like #WorkoutWednesday & #WeCommunicate
  • Lead the recruiting, monitoring, training, and onboarding of new team members
  • Ensure all operational processes are completed consistently and to a high standard
  • Provide honest, constructive feedback regularly to support team members
  • React to challenging situations with resilience and find solutions
  • Manage policies and procedures including Health & Safety and pool plant operations
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation at all times
Qualifications
Must have:
  • Passion for health, fitness, and wellness
  • Level 2 qualification in fitness (desirable)
  • 1+ year management experience within the fitness industry
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Adaptability in communication and management style
  • Positive, solutions-driven mindset
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Driven and ambitious with a desire to learn
  • Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and Bank Holidays
