This is a full-time position responsible for the day-to-day running of the business. The role involves leading the team in all sales and operational processes, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to OWN IT. The position is accountable for various KPIs and includes recruitment, nurturing, and development of an elevated team capable of achieving targets consistently.

Job Responsibilities
- Represent Everlast Gyms as a fitness ambassador
- Demonstrate our elevated ways of working consistently
- Drive revenue from membership sales, product sales, and overall gym profitability
- Manage controllable costs such as stock and cleaning supplies to prevent wastage
- Lead by example on reception and gym floor to enhance member experience
- Ensure processes like FUNDAMENTALS, ASCEND & MOVE are followed and delivered to high standards
- Promote national initiatives like #WorkoutWednesday & #WeCommunicate
- Recruit, monitor, train, and onboard new team members
- Complete operational processes regularly and to high standards
- Provide honest, constructive feedback to support team development
- React resiliently and adaptively to challenges, finding solutions
- Manage policies including Health & Safety and pool plant operations
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation at all times
Qualifications
Must have:
- Passion for health, fitness, and wellness
- Level 2 qualification in fitness (desirable)
- Over 1 year of management experience in the fitness industry
- Strong leadership qualities
- Adaptability in communication and management styles
- Positive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a member champion mentality
- Driven, ambitious, eager to learn and develop
- Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and Bank Holidays
