Job description

Business Travel Consultant - Required for an established Travel Management company operating remotely. Due to continued growth, the client is expanding their team and seeks an experienced Business Travel Consultant or Senior Business Travel Consultant with Galileo experience. This role involves working on various accounts across different sectors, providing high-level service, and booking point-to-point and multi-sector worldwide flights, hotels, and transfers. The position offers a salary up to £32k, dependent on experience, with quarterly bonuses and benefits. It is fully home-based for candidates located in Scotland, with shifts Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, totaling 37.5 hours per week.

Responsibilities include:

• Working on corporate accounts and booking worldwide travel using Galileo
• Booking flights, hotels, car hire, and rail, and providing travel and visa advice
• Managing changes, cancellations, and ticketing functions

Skills required:

• Experience as a Business Travel Consultant using Galileo GDS
• Excellent knowledge of flights and fares
• Experience with ticketing is preferred
