DeverellSmith Group is seeking a General Manager to lead the onsite team at a build to rent development in Dagenham. You will own operations including lettings, property management, customer service, facilities and health and safety.

The role covers managing the operating budget, rent collection and reporting, while growing occupancy and resident satisfaction. You will drive ESG initiatives and lead a motivated team on a busy site.

Qualificações

• At least 3 years in a leadership role within build to rent or a similar residential sector (hospitality, PBSA, serviced apartments).
• Strong commercial awareness and experience managing P&L.
• Genuine customer service focus and the confidence to lead a motivated team.

Responsabilidades

• Managing the operating budget, rent collection, arrears and ancillary income, and reporting on financial performance.
• Leading, recruiting and developing the onsite team.
• Driving occupancy, rental growth and resident satisfaction.
• Ensuring the building is maintained to a high standard and all statutory compliance is met.
• Building a strong resident community through events and local partnerships.

Reports to: Regional Head of Operations

Hours: 40 hours per week on a rota basis

Salary70,000 + Bonus

My client, a fast-growing UK residential investment management business, is looking for a General Manager to lead the onsite team at a build to rent development in Dagenham. You will take full ownership of the scheme, overseeing lettings, property management, customer service, facilities and health and safety. About You

At least 3 years in a leadership role within build to rent or
