Integro Partners Ltd is seeking a General Manager for a West London luxury living community. The role oversees on-site operations, leasing, and resident services to drive occupancy and resident satisfaction.

You will recruit and mentor a high-performing team, manage budgets, and ensure the asset is maintained to the highest standards while delivering an exceptional leasing performance.

Formación

• Experience in Build to Rent and luxury living environments.
• Strong leadership with ability to develop and retain teams.
• Commercially astute with budgets and financial performance.
• Ability to create outstanding resident experiences and community engagement.
• Experience establishing corporate letting partnerships and driving leasing outcomes.
