Mitchells & Butlers is seeking a hands-on General Manager for The Plough Inn, part of the Sizzling Pub & Grill family. You’ll lead a busy site, grow the team and drive targets while delivering memorable guest moments in a true community setting.

You’ll manage operations—from food and drink standards to coaching staff—with a focus on guest service and business growth. Optional onsite accommodation is available, plus staff discounts and benefits.
