Job summary

Butcombe Boutique Inns in the New Forest near Ringwood is seeking a General Manager to lead our front-of-house and back-of-house teams, delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving performance across food, drink, rooms, and service.

You’ll coach and develop talent, create a thriving pub culture, maintain high hospitality standards, and be the face of the business in the local community, ensuring our guests keep coming back.

The High Corner Inn is a picturesque country pub and restaurant set within the beautiful New Forest near Ringwood. Combining traditional pub charm with modern guest accommodation, the pub is a popular destination for dining, stays, and special occasions, welcoming families, walkers, cyclists, and dog owners throughout the year.
