Job summary

Butcombe Group is seeking a General Manager for our busy pub and inn to lead a loyal front-of-house and kitchen team, delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high hospitality standards.

You will own the business, drive performance across food, drink, rooms and service, coach talent, and build a high-performing team. You’ll be the face of the venue in the local community, creating reasons for guests to return.
