Butcombe Boutique Inns seeks an Assistant Manager to help lead our team, deliver exceptional guest experiences and support the smooth running of our venue.

You will coach and develop staff, drive service standards, and maintain stock control while ensuring a warm, welcoming atmosphere. This full-time role offers flexibility and opportunities for career growth within our award-winning hospitality group.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Supporting the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the pub, ensuring every shift delivers great hospitality and memorable guest experiences.
• Leading by example and inspiring the team to deliver exceptional service standards every day.
• Coaching, developing and motivating team members, helping them build confidence and grow their careers.
• Driving a positive and inclusive team culture where people feel valued and supported.
• Supporting with stock control, rotas, compliance and operational standards.
• Taking ownership of the guest journey and resolving issues quickly and professionally.
• Helping to deliver strong commercial performance while maintaining the warm, welcoming atmosphere our pubs are known for.
