Job summary

Butcombe Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead our front-of-house team and deliver exceptional guest experiences at our pubs and inns. You’ll support the General Manager in day-to-day operations, coach staff, and help maintain a welcoming, high-service environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading hospitality teams and delivering great guest experiences.
