Popeyes UK & I is seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to take full ownership of a site. You will lead a fast-paced team, drive sales, cost control, and guest satisfaction while upholding safety and brand standards.

You’ll recruit, coach, and develop staff, manage schedules and inventory, and own site performance. The role offers progression through Popeyes University and strong employee benefits.

Formación

• Branded, high-volume QSR leadership experience.
• Proven ability to hit sales targets and manage P&L.
• Experience with labour scheduling and stock control.
• Strong people leadership and talent development.
• Experience with multi-site openings is a plus.

• Own recruitment, development plans, and succession planning for your site.
• Control stock, inventory, ordering, and waste to target.
• Build rotas that balance availability, labour budgets, and peak trade.
• Review performance data to identify opportunities and take action.

What you’ll do here

What you’ll bring to the table:

• Proven experience as a Bench General Manager in a branded, high-volume QSR or fast-casual restaurant
• Ability to deliver quality, safety and cleanliness standards at all time
• Track record of hitting sales targets, managing P&L, and controlling costs
• Experience with labour scheduling, stock management, and inventory systems
• Strong people leadership, you've built teams and developed future talent
• Experience in new-site openings or multi-site environments is beneficial
• The ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
