Job summary

Popeyes UK CHICKEN & PIZZA LTD in Lancashire is seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager who can take full ownership for their restaurant. You’ll lead a fast-paced team to deliver high standards in people, sales, profit, and guest experience.

In this role you’ll own P&L, recruit and develop staff, ensure food safety, manage stock and vendor relations, and drive continuous improvement. The ideal candidate has proven GM experience in a branded high-volume QSR and a track record of hitting

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a General Manager in a branded, high-volume QSR or fast-casual restaurant.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver quality, safety and cleanliness standards at all times.
• Track record of hitting sales targets, managing P&L, and controlling costs.
• Experience with labour scheduling, stock management, and inventory systems.
• Strong people leadership, with experience building and developing teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with food safety (HACCP), health & safety, and employment legislation.
• Full accountability for restaurant performance, including P&L, sales, labour, and food cost.
• Support and develop your team to grow their careers and unleash their potential.
• Deliver Popeyes' food quality, speed of service, and guest experience standards.
• Own recruitment, development plans, and succession planning for your site.
• Control stock, inventory, ordering, and waste to target.
• Build rotas balancing availability, labour budgets, and peak trade.
• Review performance data to identify opportunities and take action.
• Maintain an energetic, fun culture and high service standards.
