Job Title: KidStrong General Manager
Center: KidStrong Plymouth
Reports To: Area Developer
Responsibilities CENTER OPERATIONS- Understand KPIs and financials to make informed decisions.
- Build relationships with families and ensure excellent customer service.
- Oversee center initiatives like maintenance, training, branding.
- Manage daily cleaning, maintenance, and delegate tasks.
- Handle employee issues and documentation.
- Typical schedule includes 4 weekday and 1 weekend shifts.
- Set coach schedules and promote center events.
SALES- Manage leads and conduct call drives using CRM.
- Responsible for sales and delegating sales responsibilities.
- Finalize online sign-up bookings.
- Attend local events to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
LEADERSHIP- Foster coaching culture and assess staff performance.
- Recruit, onboard, train, and evaluate coaching staff.
- Ensure compliance with policies and law.
- Lead staff meetings and communicate professionally.
COACHING- Deliver curriculum focused on Brain, Physical, and Character development for ages up to 11.
- Create positive interactions and understand the curriculum’s “why”.
- Use app to record data and manage equipment.
- Work in physically intensive environments, covering distances and lifting equipment up to 25 pounds.
- Lead monthly staff meetings and coach 3-5 hours weekly.
Skills/Qualifications- Experience with coaching or working with children aged 15 months to 11 years; passion for children essential.
- Achieve Coach Certification and complete required training.
- Comfortable communicating with parents.
- Management experience required.
- Proficient with Google, Microsoft, and other platforms; experience with systems like ZenPlanner, LearnUpon, etc. preferred.
- Knowledge of physiology and exercise techniques.
- CPR certification required.
Sphere of Interaction Supervises AGM, Lead Coach, and coaches; works closely with team members and families, as well as leadership and HQ.

Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000/year.
